As a runner and a physical therapist, I developed this 4-week, neuromotor training program to help runners build body awareness and control.
"I’ve been running for some time now, but still have struggled with overuse injuries off and on throughout my running career. Most recently, I was sidelined with a pretty bad case of runner’s knee that left me feeling pretty defeated and honestly desperate for anything that would help. When I came across the Runner’s Reset program, I was ready to try anything. I was skeptical at first, but since following the program, I have already noticed such a positive difference. In addition to prioritizing strength training and physical therapy, I strongly believe that the Runner’s Reset program has been instrumental to helping me get back to running with minimal pain. I’m excited to continue to implement what I’ve learned from the program into future training cycles and feel more confident than ever with my running goals. I highly encourage anyone who is serious about their running goals and longevity in the sport to go ahead and invest in this program!"

"For starters, I’m a fellow PT and runner. I specialize in helping people walk again in the inpatient rehab hospital setting. I run 3-4x per week and usually do a couple 10ks or half marathons each year. I purchased the Runner’s Reset program and I’m about to start week 4. I’ve been battling a sore left hamstring since November which led me to look for something new to try. It would hurt just to pull my left foot out of my shoe or drag it backwards. So I started your program and have been following the schedule pretty closely. After week 1, I felt encouraged and less sore. After week 2, when I thought I would be more sore, I actually felt better. After week 3, I just completed my first tempo run on the treadmill in almost 2 months and feel great. I was still thinking about my hamstring off and on during the run, but only because I was expecting it to start barking at me but it didn’t!"
