"For starters, I’m a fellow PT and runner. I specialize in helping people walk again in the inpatient rehab hospital setting. I run 3-4x per week and usually do a couple 10ks or half marathons each year. I purchased the Runner’s Reset program and I’m about to start week 4. Each week focuses on a different region of the body and builds toward full-body integration, with clear video technique instruction and education on what each exercise is doing and why it matters for runners. You’ll also learn how to maintain these changes long-term. So this isn’t just a four-week program — it’s a foundation you can carry with you into every phase of training.
